Merry Holidays

Merry Holidays

Ho-Ho-Hello!

December is here! And I'm excited to tell you about the winter updates.

From crafting a very special bag, to prepping for December’s holidays and making sure the Ateliers are fully stocked, we have a lot going on behind the scenes. Ready to get a sneak peek from backstage?

Now before to move ahead, please remember that Florence is still gorgeous in the Winter time. Everyone comes during the peak months visiting my Bella Firenze however my suggestion is still standing: come over the Holidays time, the weather is crisp, the city is full of lights and events and you are able to enjoying it under a different and yet glorious shade (well not to mention that is also cheaper after all)

Aaand let’s dig in!

The “It Bag” For The Old Bags Luncheon

Flash News: I've been selected to create the "It Bag" benefiting the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach and their annual fundraising event "The Old Bag Luncheon"

  • When? February 22nd

  • Where? The Breakers Club

  • How Can I Find Out More?

The "It Bag" is a special purse that will be auctioned during the event, and I'm so honored to be chosen for this project.

I will be telling you more about this on my social media, but if you want to know more right now, just follow me on Instagram!

Now, this event is very special to me since it will help many of the Palm Beach County families in need of assistance and I’ve been fortunate enough to receive the honor of creating a representative bag for this event.

I hope you’ll love it once it’s up on social media. Make sure to follow this journey online as I’ll be posting about it frequently.

Your Next Road Trip Should Include a Detour to The Old Bags Drive

Join us on December 14th for our Old Bags Drive!

We'll be collecting all the old bags you have laying around your house, and donating them to a good cause. There's no better time than now to clean out your closet and help those in need by donating your used goodies.

All the bags from this event will go towards a community outreach program, which helps provide for those who are less fortunate than you. I hope to see you in the Palm Beach ateliers on Worth Avenue before the holidays.

Let’s make something beautiful happen before the end of the year!

On a Final Note..

December is a busy month for all of us, and that's why I want to remind you to take care of yourself and be mindful of what matters to you the most.

The holidays are upon us, which means there's just so much to do! I truly hope this December will be a time of joy and celebration for you and your family.

So today, I’m giving you some tips on how to take care of yourself during the holidays on top of the monthly fashion tip:

  • Make sure to eat well and get enough sleep. This will help keep your energy up and your mind clear so that when you're working hard on holiday tasks, they'll go more smoothly!

  • Take time each day to relax and unwind—a walk in nature or a bubble bath can be just what the doctor ordered! After all, this month is about reflection, unwinding, being better.

Now, on to the monthly tip!

How to Clean Old Clothes Gently But Effectively

Cleaning your clothes is an important part of maintaining their longevity. Start by inspecting the garment for any damage. If there are holes or tears, you should repair them before trying to wash the item.

Next, place the dirty garment in a washing machine and fill with cold water. Add one cup of white vinegar and a few drops of liquid laundry detergent (not powder). Allow the item to soak overnight.

After soaking, drain out the water and rinse under cold water until all traces of soap have been removed from the garment.

If possible, hang up your garment outside  while still wet so that it can dry naturally and more quickly.
