STORE MANAGER

In the luxury goods markets, JENNIFER TATTANELLI is synonymous of exclusive, excellently designed, artisanally crafted goods with the highest quality and an excellent service to its customer

Our Store Manager will team up with its colleagues and Ms Tattanelli in assisting customers with their shopping needs and offering styling inspiration

We have a large (extremely wide) product selection and we also do custom made and bespoke projects daily, we do need a manager able to conceive the high complexity (multiple categories, endless colors and materials....) and quality we work with.

Flexibility is not only required, it is a must we need to have or quickly develop in order to cope with the product offer complexity. As much as everyone is welcome to apply, a wide knowledge of materials, construction and retail operations will be needed

Duties include, but are not limited to:

STORE MANAGEMENT:

  • manage the store P&L
  • be responsible for opening and closing
  • analyze sales trends and results and propose visual and/or merchandising needs for the location
  • propose and manage events in store

SALES GENERATION:

  • Assist the customer by wardrobing and selling merchandise that effectively meets their needs
  • Be proactive in providing merchandise information and brand insights
  • Work with the Creative Director in assisting customers on the bespoke and custom made products
  • Drive sales through active clienteling and add-on selling

MERCHANDISING:

  • Maintain displays, fill in merchandise on sales floor, and assist in floor-set execution
  • Replenish merchandise on a daily basis to ensure all styles and color-ways are represented properly on the sales floor at all times
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of store and merchandise room
  • Process incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments as needed

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 3 years of luxury retail experience
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent computer skills to work on our POS system
  • Possess and uphold a friendly, positive and professional behavior
  • Ability to identify, assess and react to customer needs, floor awareness, etc.
  • Must be able to lift boxes, move selling floor fixtures and climb stairs

SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE

JENNIFER TATTANELLI designs and craft exclusive and fashionable products with the highest quality and an excellent service to its customer.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs and offering styling inspiration.

In the off seasons, based on everyone availability, it is possible to work in the other locations: Palm Beach, Hamptons, Long Island, Firenze, Aspen (to be opened), Nantucket (to be opened)

Duties include, but are not limited to:
