What a great month ahead!

What a great month ahead!

Happy Wednesday!!!

The weather has been a little bit of everything lately here in Florence. Some days it feels like it’s practically bikini season and other days a tropical season is in action.

One thing about the rain though is that it makes everything greener and one of my favorite places to visit rain or shine lately has been Iris Garden.

As if the view of the city from up there wasn’t pretty enough, this time of year all of the irises are in full bloom so the garden feels like you’re walking around in a fairytale.

If you follow me on my Instagram, you have seen the long weekend of my favourite bag Sophia in London, Ronn Moss and Devin Devasquez total look day in Florence, my new collection on the big screen in Timesqares in New York, the new sneakers collection: I must confess I am addicted to them.

Share with me your JT item, tag me in your stories on Instagram, I am always so happy to know personally everyone of you!! Our JT personal shopper Grace is there to help you with a personal shopper service and the best advices!

HAMPTONS FLASH NEWS

Time flies and we are here once more to welcome you all in the Hamptons Atelier, same lovely cute town (well it is amazing how many new restaurants have been opened since the Main Street renovation) and same amazing crew with Lilly, Sofia and Lauren.

I will be join them soon enough, what to say: get ready for July 4th and see you soon!

FLORENCE...what can we say this mont?

Florence is one of the most artistic cities in the world right? Well it just got even artsier because Tuscany’s bus company Autolinee Toscane is collecting works of art produced by the public. Up to 10 photographic, visual, and textual works by the same artist will be selected to hang on the handrails of the buses for an entire month. I’ll be sure to take a bus ride or two to check them out!

Festival season is upon us which means that Firenze Rocks is coming to town with an epic music festival. Call me a fan girl but I am beyond stoked to rock out to their amazing line up. The Who AND Maroon 5? Catch me at the barricades ready to lose my voice singing along.

As a fashion connoisseur, I’m super excited for Pitti Uomo to make its comeback for the second time this year. The 104th edition of this chic affair plays on the theme of well… play!  The name of the game is Pitti Games and the stylish affair will promise fun and creative energy. Amongst the excitement, FENDI is the special guest of this Pitti Uomo and will be presenting their Men’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection.

When the temperature rises, so do people’s tempers, and what better place to release it than the historic Calcio Storico. This legendary “sport” is a medieval Florentine tradition that combines rugby with fist fighting. The gorgeous Piazza Santa Croce will get an arena makeover for a few weeks as local Florentine men battle it out in the sand. Practically a free-for-all, this game is far more fun to watch than to participate in considering it can get quite violent. All to say, a bunch of sweaty men wrestling each other? I’m there.

‘Tis the season for cookouts and I have the perfect recipe that is sure to be a hit. If you’re hands are tied and you’re not sure what to bring to your next neighborhood bash, try my easy roasted asparagus recipe.

With some garlic and lemony flavor, everyone will be asking what your secret is (it’s the sprinkle of parmigiano reggiano cheese). Season your stocks with salt, pepper, fresh chopped garlic, the juice and zest of a lemon and voila! Pop it in the oven until it gets nice and crispy before finishing it off with a healthy serving of that cheese and you’re good to go. The perfect side dish for a day of grilling and tanning.

Happy June everyone!

Yours,

Jennifer
